The fun part, priced honestly
Browsing is supposed to be enjoyable, and nothing kills that faster than a shipping figure you did not see coming. So: here is every charge a Joyagoo order can generate, explained in the order it happens, from the moment you pay for something that made you smile to the moment a box lands. There are no surprises hidden in the middle, and a calculator at the bottom so you can check our arithmetic against your own.

What the seller charged, what it costs to move, Joyagoo's service fee, and whatever customs adds. We leave the rates to Joyagoo's estimator rather than printing numbers that would be wrong for your parcel.
- What the seller chargedpaid up front, and refunded if the seller never sends anything
- What it costs to movequoted after the warehouse weighs your parcel — not before
- Joyagoo's feefor buying it, checking it, holding it and packing it well

Fees, storage terms and policies get updated. Joyagoo's pages are the ones that count.
The bit where you check before it ships
Before your parcel leaves, the warehouse photographs what arrived. Spend thirty seconds on those images and you will avoid almost every disappointment: colour against the listing, any visible fault, the size tag, stitch work, and whether the variant is the one that made you click in the first place.
- · Colour, compared with the listing you were browsing
- · Visible faults: marks, pulls, scuffs, broken hardware
- · The size tag, so nothing arrives in a size you cannot wear
- · Stitching and seam alignment along the usual failure points
- · That the variant shipped is the one you picked
- · Quantity, if you ordered more than one of something good
- · How it feels — soft, stiff, heavy, warm
- · How it smells, which matters more than listings admit
- · Whether zips, elastic and clasps survive real use
- · Colour in daylight rather than under warehouse lighting
- · Whether it fits you, as opposed to fitting the tag
What a photograph puts to bed, and what it cannot — left and right respectively.
- Say something while it is still in the warehouse.Fixing a problem before dispatch is free; after dispatch it costs freight.
- Ask for one more angle. An unclear photograph is a perfectly good reason to request another.
- Keep the images you approved.Screenshots settle questions faster than explanations do.
- Measure yourself, then read the tag.In that order — the reverse is how sizing mistakes happen.
Choosing how it travels
Once the photographs are approved you pick a line. Joyagoo's options trade price against speed against what they will carry, and the cost follows weight and volume far more closely than it follows how many things you bought — so a tidy box is a cheaper box.
Carriers charge whichever is greater. Squash the parcel before you submit it.
Free storage is what turns four small orders into one reasonably priced parcel.
Liquids, batteries, aerosols and branded goods are handled differently per route.
Customs holds are outside Joyagoo's control.
Especially once a parcel holds several weeks of browsing.
Submitting and tracking are separate events.

Fees, line by line
Try your own figures
Type in seller price, domestic hop, packed weight, international rate, Joyagoo's service fee and the exchange rate. Every row updates live, and the arithmetic stays visible.
Planning only. Chargeable weight, destination, customs and carrier rates move the real number, and Joyagoo's own estimator may show a different figure at checkout.
Refunds, returns and what Joyagoo cannot ship
Joyagoo publishes its after-sales terms and a prohibited list. A quick look at the relevant clause before paying saves a stranded parcel later.
